Good morning Young Jedi!

Did you hear about the Boston College game yesterday? OR, should I say, did you hear about Mark Herzlich yesterday? He made five tackles, three solo and two assists. What's so special ? Mark had Ewings Sarcoma also and like you, he beat it and returned to the life he loves.

So don't hold back Young Warrior, nothing can stop you from following your dreams but please pace yourself when attempting to keep up with Emily!

Take cate and remember WOT!

Hey Guy,

What is happening with you? I hear you are having a bit of a setback. I see from the pictures that you are still looking real good.

I guess I did not pray hard enough to keep you away from your sickness. I am so very sorry that I have not written in a while. I do not want you to think I forgot about you. I was so happy when I thought you had gotten away from the sickness. God must know you are a very strong young man. He once again let the devil put a huge burden on you.

But God is strong and powerful. And I will pray harder this time. You are a marvelous young man. I know everyone will pray for you to get this sickness away from you forever.

Don't worry about the hair. I think you look great without it. You just take care of yourself and get yourself better. I'm sorry I'm not there to help you out, but you know you will always be in my heart.

Call me if you want to 410-536-5831.

Dear Logan,

We loved your bell. You and your dad must have woked really hard to build it. My dad says we get to see your bell real soon. It looks really cool.

I hope you feel better. You seem like a relly nice kid. Don't be worried about going to school with your hat...it looks really cool. I bet other kids will be jealous about your hat.

My name is Austin and my dad works for Southwest, like your dad, in Dallas. I am in second grade, just like you, and I have three really cool brothers (Mason, Carson and Hudson).

I have a few questions:
1.What school do you go to?
2.How long did it take you to bild the bell?
3.Where do you live?
4.What is your favorite sport?

We hope you have a great week!

Hi Logan,
What an honor to lead the Pledge of Allegience. Congratulations! Have a fun weekend.

From Nancy Murray on 09/17/2009

Hi Logan,
Were you nervous saying the Pledge of Allegiance in front of everyone? I'm not sure I could have done it. Actually, I don't think I've ever used a microphone, and am happy to keep it that way. I'm pretty impressed! At Chris' retirement ceremony, a family member stood in front of the audience and sang the Star-Spangled Banner. He got nervous, and messed up the words pretty bad. He stopped singing and just hung his head, taking a couple of deep breaths. Then he looked at all of us, apologized, said he thought the song should be sung correctly, and started over again. His wife and I were on the front row, and sang along (softly), so that if his nerves got him again he could catch the words from us. He did a great job, just like I'm sure you did. We're sending you happy thoughts, hoping it helps make the treatments a little easier. You take care.

Hi Regina, AJ, Emily and Logan. I just wanted to tell you that I had the most wonderful trip up to Virginia Beach and seeing you all (except AJ who owes me a hug)was great. Logan, you play one mean game of UNO. I'm up for about 35 games when I come back. But, please let me win at least 5 of the games. You might need me to come rub your head for you again since you think I do such a good job.
And Emily, thank you for the couch cuddle! My girls won't let me hug on them unless I'm buying them something in the mall. You absolutely give the best hugs in the world.
Regina - I'm looking forward to coming back up to visit and I was hoping that I could bring some buffalo burgers with me to cook on the grill, knowing how much you love that sort of thing and that you miss me so much! I might even bring Emily some fruit rollups since I know how much she enjoyed the ones Sara gave her! Sara thought that was the funniest thing.
Again, I did so love seeing you guys and will be back to see you soon. I love you guys. Cynthia

Hi Logan. I'm a friend of your great aunt Jo. I used to teach elementary school before I retired. When I saw your picture I thought "What a lucky person your teacher is to have you as a student" I know all your classmates and your teacher are supporting your recovery. I read about you on your website and I know you are an amazing boy. My thoughts are with you.

Hey! This is the Bubble Bath police saying that you are not taking an illegal bubble bath - in fact we would rate it as above and beyond Superior Status! Now you just need a glass of Kool-Aid and a few bubble gum scented candles!
